On April 16, 2015, we joined the British Council, Religion News Foundation, the Missouri School of Journalism’s Center on Religion and the Professions, Lancaster University (UK), and the Religious Freedom Center of the Newseum Institute for a panel on the role of religious freedom in foreign policy at the Newseum in Washington, DC.

YANGON, Myanmar — On Nov. 13, 2014, we gathered a panel of journalists and faith leaders representing Buddhism, Christianity, Islam and Hinduism to discuss how they see local media portrayals of faith in Myanmar.
Journalists and media experts discussed the red lines they face covering religion and religious freedom in China, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Denmark and further afield during Journalism Between Red Lines: Covering Religion and Religious Freedom in a World of Conflict, organized by Taboom Founding Director Brian Pellot.
