On August 13, 2018, Taboom Director Brian Pellot led a one-day media engagement workshop for the Interfaith Network of Religious Leaders Living with or Affected by HIV (INERELA+). The workshop focused on audience identification, messaging themes and framing, storytelling techniques, traditional media outreach, story pitching, interview preparation, and social media strategy. In total, we trained 13 activists and faith leaders from seven countries (Zambia, South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Réunion, DRC, Nigeria) representing Christians (Catholic, Methodist, Anglican), Muslims, Baha’is, and Hindus.
